Our Story

Nutrition that takes itself seriously — without taking itself too far.

Fly Nutrition was born from a simple frustration: why does healthy food have to taste mediocre? We set out to change that — right here in West Des Moines — by treating nutrition like craft food deserves.

Every recipe goes through rigorous testing. Every ingredient is chosen for function and flavor, never for cost. Our shakes are blended to order, our bars are rolled by hand, and our flavor lineup rotates seasonally so there's always something new to discover.

We're not a chain. We're not a supplement warehouse. We're a small team that believes what you put in your body matters — and that it should taste incredible while doing it.
